doc. MUDr. Jana Halámková, Ph.D.

Doc. MUDr. Jana Halámková, is a clinical oncologist and head physician of the Center for Oncological Prevention at the Masaryk Memorial Cancer Institute. She believes that many malignant tumors can be prevented by means of prevention and that early diagnosis can significantly reduce their health impacts. She is the author and co-author of a number of Czech and international professional publications and actively participates in the creation of international and national recommendations. She is a member of the team that authors the European ESMO-EURACAN recommendations and a co-author of the Blue Book national recommendations of the Czech Society for Oncology. As part of the HX Scientific Board, she guarantees preventive recommendations that combine the latest scientific knowledge with individualized care based on the client’s specific risks.
